You know Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. But Reddit?

I barely knew what Reddit is, but now I do.

Wow, Reddit is a bunch of "real" people up voting and down voting information. How cool is that?

You know what you know. I know Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube and I kinda know Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

But there are so many other places where people hang out, share information and are looking for advice, help and entertainment that you might not know about. How can we possible know them all?

We can’t.

How can you know what you don’t know? Ask those who know not necessarily more than you, but who know other things than you know.

So what do we do? Go to those who know. Ask advice, join groups, talk about it, just mention it. See what others use, how do they find things, learn, watch, listen.

Today I learned about Reddit. With more hits to my post on 1,000 Posts in 1,000 Days, my eyes are open to other possibilities.

This is the title I posted on Reddit last night that has blown out the server with more hits than I know what to do with: 1,000 Posts in 1,000 Days. Millions of dollars in passive income, book contracts and a star on Hollywood Boulevard! Well, no, none of that. How about: improved relationships with my kids, learning patience (see #1) and two books accidentally written. What “happens” to you when you Write Every Day?

Want to add fuel to the fire? If you’re a Reddit fan, up vote my post. Thank you!
